As of January 1, 2010, Richard A. Schnoll is a Member of the Firm. Schnoll continues his practice in the areas of Complex Commercial Litigation and Personal Injury.

On December 10, 2009, Javier J. Royal was sworn in as an attorney in the State of New Jersey by Albert L. Cohn, Managing Partner. Royal subsequently joined the firm as an Associate. Royal is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law and Georgetown University.
