Joseph Maurice was recently interviewed about the Bernie Fine case on Channel 9 as a “My 9 Legal Expert.” Mr. Fine, the associate head coach of basketball at Syracuse University, is accused of sexually abusing three boys. He was fired two weeks after the initial allegations came out. The allegations come in the wake of the Penn State abuse scandal where former assistant football coach, Jerry Sandusky, is accused of abusing eight boys over a 15 year period.
