Lisa M. Parles spoke at the Alpine Learning Group on March 30th on accessing non-educational support services.
 
On March 30, Albert L. Cohn joined Judge Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr. of the US District Court and Chief Justice Stuart Rabner of the NJ Supreme Court, in serving as Supreme Court Justices at the David Cohn Moot Court Competition at Rutgers Law School.
 
Jeffrey W. Herrmann and Peter S. Pearlman filed suit for the State of New Jersey against top executives and members of the board of directors of bankrupt Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. on March 17.  A copy of the complaint is available online at http://www.nj.gov/oag/newsreleases09/031709-nj-v-fuld.pdf.
 
Lisa M. Parles and other members of the Disabilities Law Group will attend the Bergen County Transition Fair which will be held from 6:00 pm-9:00 pm on Thursday March 19 at Bergen Community College.

Mary Ann Stokes and Lisa M. Parles presented an in-house seminar on Divorce and Special Needs on March 11. The well-attended event included an extensive question and answer period. A repeat of this seminar will be given on May 12.
 
Jason C. Tuchman was approved as a Trustee of the Passaic County Bar Association. It is a three year term running from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2012. He will be sworn in on May 16, 2009 at the Passaic County Bar Association annual installation dinner dance taking place at the Brownstone in Paterson, NJ.
