Ms. Garcia-Millan practices commercial litigation as well as special education law.

She is admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars as well as to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Ms. Garcia-Millan is a frequent speaker at COSAC and the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. 

She received her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her B.A. from Boston University.

Ms. Garcia-Millan speaks Spanish fluently and is conversational in French and Portuguese.
