Ms. Henry handles employment law matters, commercial litigation, primarily motion practice and participates in class action and consumer fraud cases.

U.S. ex rel. Quinn v. Omnicare Inc., 382 F.3d 432 (3rd Cir.2004) (in which the court established standards for Qui Tam litigation in this circuit and held that pharmaceutical suppliers to long term care facilities in New Jersey had no obligation to reimburse Medicaid for returned medications, even if those medications were later sold by suppliers)
Varsolona v. Breen Capital Services Corp., et al, 180 N.J. 605 (2004) (wherein the court held that non-municipal purchasers of tax sale certificates could enter into installment payment plans with property owners for the redemption of tax sale certificates)
