Picture 005.jpg Cohn Lifland’s practice in investor litigation involves both arbitration and litigation.  Peter S. Pearlman, Jeffrey W. Herrmann, Joseph A. Maurice, Richard A. Schnoll and Robert D. Zatorski represent clients in state and federal courts, individually and in class actions, and in arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (formerly the NASD and the New York Stock Exchange) and the American Arbitration Association arising out of the sale of investments by brokers to their customers.

Peter S. Pearlman and Jeffrey W. Herrmann represent clients in federal and state courts in actions, including class actions, to recover damages arising out of the purchase and sale of investments and in derivative actions, seeking to enforce shareholder rights.
