Cohn Lifland provides counsel to employers and employees in the resolution of employment discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful termination claims by Picture 006.jpgmediation, arbitration and litigation.  We have conducted a number of employee-related investigations on behalf of a number of employers.  The firm is also experienced in the negotiation of employment contracts and severance agreements.  The firm is also available to conduct employment-related investigations.


Albert L. Cohn heads this department which also includes Jeffrey W. Herrmann, Leonard Z. Kaufmann, Jessica V. Henry and Charles R. Cohen.  The firm has enjoyed notable success achieving superior results in meaningful termination matters.

The firm also counsels employers in the formulation and implementation of employment policies and the creation of handbooks and manuals.
