Peter S. Pearlman was quoted in the New Jersey Law Journal article by Charles Toutant "Merck Pays $12M in Lawyers'Fees to End VIOXX suits" published on February 11, 2010. Pearlman represented the federal plaintiffs and noted that the reforms negotiated were substantial and would serve to prevent similar abuses in the future.
