Recently, the firm obtained a favorable plea in a criminal case involving a wedding photography studio where the claim was theft of approximately $1 million.

Cohn and Robert D. Zatorski served as Assistant Prosecutors in New Jersey for several years.   Richard A. Schnoll is a former Assistant District Attorney, Kings County, New York.  Currently, Joseph A. Maurice is the Prosecutor in the Borough of Paramus and Manuel Irizarry, Jr. is the Public Defender in the Borough of Totowa.
