Jacqueline Larsen joined the Family Law Department at Cohn Lifland Pearlman Herrmann & Knopf LLP, in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Jackie served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert G. Wilson, J.S.C. Chancery Division – Family Part. During her clerkship, she focused on matrimonial matters involving custody, equitable distribution, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and all related matters. She also regularly mediated non-dissolution matters, involving parenting time, child support, and custody, and was a certified mediator for small claims and landlord-tenant cases.

Jackie received her undergraduate degree from Montclair State University and her J.D. from Rutgers Law School – Newark. While attending law school, Jackie served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Linda Lordi Cavanaugh, J.S.C. Chancery Division – Family Part and a Summer Intern for the State of New Jersey, Office of Dispute Settlement. At Rutgers Law School, Jackie focused on curricula relating to family law and the issues children face in matrimonial matters. Also, she served as a student intern for the Rutgers Child Advocacy Clinic, where she handled child abuse and neglect cases involving the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (“DCPP”) and provided representation for children in obtaining special immigrant juvenile status.  Additionally, she was the Business and Subscriptions Editor of Women’s Rights Law Reporter.
