The Ridley Tower, located in the Downtown Commercial Historic District in Marion, IN, and described as "beautiful and one-of-a kind," is one of the 52 buildings in Indiana that was established as historic in 1994. A loan from Visana Capital, represented by Cohn Lifland's Allen Susser, will keep the building off the Indiana Landmarks Top 10 Endangered Buildings list. The improvements financed by the loan will enable the building to house 29 apartment units, commercial space and a new restaurant.
