Cohn Lifland Pearlman Herrmann & Knopf welcomes Jeffrey M. Fiorello as a new partner in its Family Law and Family Law Mediation practices. Jeffrey was formerly a partner at Fiorello, Puccio & Fiorello, LLC in Wayne, where he started his practice in 1997. Jeffrey joins Mary Ann Stokes, regarded as one of the most prominent family law mediators in Northern New Jersey, in the firm’s long-standing Family Law Mediation practice.
Jeffrey concentrates his practice in the area of Family Law Mediation, assisting parties in the amicable resolution of their issues concerning, custody, parenting time, spousal support, child support, college contributions, distribution of assets and debts, and related issues. In the past he has handled family law litigation, domestic violence, civil litigation and appeals.
