Walter Luers will be participating on a panel at the NJ Planning and Redevelopment Conference convening virtually June 21-22 and in person on June 23. The panel, "We Published the Notice in the Newspaper You Don't Read," will explore ways that municipalities and
their applicants can engage a modern public audience beyond the minimum requirements of the Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA), Open Public Records Act (OPRA), and the Municipal Land Use Law (MLUL), and discuss how these statutes could adapt in the future.
