All’s Well That’s Rescheduled — Cohn Lifland Partner Jeffrey W. Herrmann to Present Rescheduled Shakespeare CLE May 7, 2026

Cohn Lifland Pearlman Herrmann & Knopf LLP is pleased to share that Partner Jeffrey W. Herrmann’s highly anticipated CLE program — “A Seminar by Any Other Name – The Shakespeare CLE” — has been rescheduled to May 7, 2026, offering attorneys a renewed opportunity to attend this one-of-a-kind presentation.

Originally slated for earlier this year, this engaging program — presented in partnership with the New Jersey State Bar Association — will take place at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, with a live online option available. Attendees can earn up to 3.3 CLE credits.

This is not your typical CLE.

Blending literature with legal insight, Jeffrey’s seminar explores timeless legal and ethical issues through the works of William Shakespeare — drawing from plays such as Hamlet, Macbeth, Much Ado About Nothing, and The Merchant of Venice. The program examines enduring themes like justice, mercy, equity, and the rule of law — all through the lens of one of history’s greatest storytellers.

In addition to his extensive litigation practice, Jeffrey is an Adjunct Professor of Shakespeare studies at Kean University, bringing a unique dual perspective that makes this CLE both intellectually rich and highly engaging.

In short: if you missed it the first time, you haven’t missed it at all.  Don’t miss this second chance to experience a CLE that is as entertaining as it is informative.
