Cohn Lifland recently held a special celebration at which we rededicated the David Cohn Conference Room as The Founders Room, celebrating both David Cohn, our founder and first managing partner and Albert L. Cohn, his son and managing partner for many years. Following opening remarks from Jeffrey Herrmann, the firm’s current managing partner and name partner Peter Pearlman, the event was hosted by the third generation of the Cohn family, Joshua Cohn, partner and head of the family law practice. As part of the celebration, Herrmann named five new partners to the firm — Jay Brown, Mercedes Diego, Matthew Gately, Alex Pisarevsky and Kelly Purcaro. Joining in the celebration with all the firm’s attorneys and staff were various members of the Cohn family.
